Refund policy

At Goat Kapda, we are committed to delivering premium-quality oversized streetwear. Every product undergoes quality checks before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Original tags must be attached

The product must be returned in original packaging

The item must be free from damage, stains, or alterations
Goat Kapda reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Clearance, discounted, or final sale products

Gift cards or promotional items

Accessories marked as non-returnable

Items returned without original tags or packaging
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

Only one exchange request per order will be accepted.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure.
