RETURN POLICY

At GoatKapda, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order does not meet expectations, our return policy outlines the eligibility, process, timelines, and conditions for returning or exchanging items.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or worn.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Products purchased during sale or discount promotions.
  • Used, washed, or damaged products.
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags.
  • Customized or altered products (if applicable).

3. RETURN PROCESS

  • Email us at support@goatkapda.in with your Order ID.
  • Mention the reason for the return request.
  • Share product images if requested by our support team.
  • After verification, our team will arrange a pickup.

Please pack the product securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

4. PICKUP & QUALITY CHECK

After your return pickup is scheduled, our courier partner will collect the item within 2–4 business days. Once the product reaches our facility, it will go through a quick quality inspection before approval.

5. REFUND POLICY

If the returned item passes inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.

6. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Customers can request an exchange for a different size or color.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
  • Only one exchange per item is allowed.

7. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will arrange a free pickup.
  • A replacement or full refund will be provided after verification.

8. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

Return pickup is free for damaged or incorrect items. For size exchanges or customer preference returns, a small pickup or handling fee may apply.
